Over the River and Through the Woods

Okay Thanksgiving Break was last week. Basically it was amazing! Here is a quick overview of all the amazing fun things I did!
  • Group date with my "twin" Karlee and others! After tracking down our dates, we went to Macey's and got our favorite dessert. Me and my awesome date, Christian, got cookie dough- the classic dessert. Then we went back to Karlee's house and made our food. Of course our cookies turned out the best! Everyone was so jealous. Well, maybe not, but at least we enjoyed it. We then played Apples to Apples, which I almost won but then (I think) Tyler had to go and win! Then we watched The Count of Monte Cristo- amazing movie for those who haven't seen it. All in all, it was one of the funest dates I have been on this year!
  • Wednesday night my sister Sarah held the biannual Pie Making Party for all the girl cousins. Sadly, not very many of them came :( that was our face until we started making pies and then it changed to this :) We made chocolate cream, banana cream, 5 pumpkin, apple, and cherry. I am proud to announce that I made my very first cherry pie EVER! It turned out absolutely delicious and took much talent (including opening the can of cherries, pouring it in the pie crust, and then making the intense lattice top).
Friday night I went back to good ol' E. Richards 2110 and had a slumber party with my terrific roommates Natalie and Heather! We dyed our hair pink (which didn't really work for me...) and made oatmeal face masks (some of us got dared to eat it and it tasted like glue) and watched a chick flick. Basically it was your classic girls night. I even remember some jumping around.
Okay, yup that is pretty much it for Thanksgiving Break. It didn't last long enough. Now just two more weeks and it is Christmas Break!!

    party! what a fun fun break! and fun date! goodness, what a studmuffin you went with. and was i right when i saw CHAD (or tyler) in that picture? mmmm. i had the biggest crush on him all of last year. lovely. ok and your hair is so stinking long! wow it grows fast. i remember when you got it cut to the same length as mine. i like it.

    Consider this my official welcome to the world of blogging. As for the twin confusion, that's Tyler. Definitely Tyler. Chad has the mole... Right? =)

    yes that is Tyler. Tyler has curlier hair and is at BYU. Chad has short darker hair and is at USU. So there ya go. ha ha

    yes. tyler was the one i had a crush on. wait. which one was in chamber last year? that is the one i had a crush on.

    tyler was in chamber last year :) haha i remember talking about this in physics. ah the good ol days. hey i'm probably coming to the school next friday!
