100% reason to remember the name
So for my aerobic dance midterm the other day we had to run 1.5 miles. Basically there was no way to fail. Yay! Now I am not very good at running, especially distance running, but I was determined not to take forever in doing the run. My time was 14:40. Not bad, but not good. So, I have set a goal. Running is not my high point. But I do want to be in shape. My goal is that by April first my mile and a half will be 13 minutes. And by May 1 it will be 12 minutes (which is the "Excellent" time for my age group). I am then hopefully going to continue running every day in the summer and get faster! Running is crackalackin!

atta girl! i need to start running every day again. 14 min is dang good for a mile and a half. i know you'll get faster. you are a determined one!
ReplyDeletehey! we should run together this summer! I am looking for a running buddy! I'll probably have to do it early morning or at night because I plan on working like 10 hours a day!
