day 4. a habit you wish you didn't have.

this is a hard one. not because i'm perfect (obviously). so, after much deliberation, i have decided. if i could get rid of one habit, it would be eating when i am bored or sad. i've been trying to get rid of this habit this year, especially. and it's been ok. we'll see how i do over the break though!
