that awkward moment when...

i cheated on the 21 Day No junk Food Challenge :S
i feel like i should tell someone so that i take responsibility for this.
it was only a small sliver of the best oreo pie dessert that you ever did taste.
and besides.... starting a challenge when your auntie flow has come to visit is really a bad idea.
for record, i feel horrible (too much sugar even though it was a tiny amount) and i got cramps to boot.

ps. i went on a really fun date last night! the event which caused the pie making.

  1. That's the problem with "all or nothing" challenges, diets, etc. It's not something you want to do for the rest of your life, right? If you don't eat sugar for the sake of not feeling icky, then it's something long term, but short term food purges usually just turn into guilt. Food shouldn't ever cause guilt! Have you ever read the book Intuitive Eating? It's amazing, I highly recommend it!
