Crunch:
2 Cup Flour
1 1/2 cup Oats
1 cup Melted Butter
1 t Cinnamon
2 cup Brown Sugar
Rhubarb:
8 cups diced (but not too small)
Sugary Sauce:
1 cup Water
1 t Vanilla
1 cup Sugar
2 T cornstarch
*boil until clear & thickened
In a 9x13 pan line the bottom with half of the crunch.
Spread the rhubarb evenly and then pour the syrup evenly over that. Then
sprinkle the rest of the crunch over top! Bake for 1 hour in a 325 degree oven.
MUST serve with vanilla ice cream

even if you are a little sketched out by rhubarb, you should try this! it's tart and sweet at the same time! it also helps if you make and eat it with good friends :)
